This project at the Watrous Aeration Building was completed in partnership with Trademark Construction for the Regional Water Authority. The comprehensive scope of work involved furnishing and installing essential climate control and ventilation equipment to ensure the facility operates efficiently. Our team successfully installed two electric unit heaters, two exhaust fans, and two make-up air louvers. To seamlessly manage the new system, we integrated four motorized dampers and a state-of-the-art Honeywell controller, while also fabricating and installing all necessary ductwork and grilles precisely to the project drawings.
